Privacy Policy

1. Overview

ModelSeal provides request-based structural analysis of Excel workbooks. You do not need an account to use the service.

2. Workbooks you upload

.xlsx files are processed for the analysis or PDF report you request. ModelSeal does not write workbook bytes to persistent application storage. Upload and workbook resources are closed after processing. Hosting infrastructure may temporarily buffer request data while a request is being processed.

3. Information processed

The application processes the uploaded workbook and its filename for the requested review. Infrastructure providers may process ordinary request metadata such as an IP address, timestamps, headers, or technical logs as part of operating the service.

4. AI and model training

ModelSeal does not use an LLM or AI model to generate findings and does not contain a model-training pipeline for uploaded workbook content.

5. File retention

ModelSeal itself has no workbook database, review history, or persistent upload storage. This is separate from temporary request processing or technical logging by the infrastructure used to operate the service.

6. Workbook behavior

ModelSeal does not:

• execute macros;
• calculate formulas;
• open external workbooks; or
• follow workbook URLs.

7. Security

Production deployments should use HTTPS. Operational security also depends on the hosting infrastructure and how it is configured and maintained. No internet service can eliminate every security risk.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as ModelSeal changes. The date above will be revised when material changes are made.
